With a career spanning Macquarie Bank, multiple Australian Public Service agencies, and 10+ years in hospitality, our founder Tamara holds a unique pairing of experience in both complex organisational structures and the agility required in small business environments.
Underpinned by a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University, Tamara specialises in remuneration, workforce analytics, employee relations, awards compliance, and above all - best practice HR.
